渣油泵接触式波纹管机械密封存在的问题 Slag p

(1) 密封摩擦副端面磨损严重。由于渣油粘度大、流动性差，并且渣油介质中含有粒状和粉末状结焦物，在摩擦副周围不可避免地存在着结焦物，这对摩擦副的危害相当大。结焦物一旦进入密封端面，由于摩擦副高速旋转，很快便将密封端面拉伤，产生划痕，随着聚合物和杂质颗粒不断进入摩擦副端面，密封面逐渐被磨损，   终造成密封泄漏失效。(1) seal friction pair face serious wear and tear. (2) 波纹管组件失弹。在实际使用过程中，为了在高温、高压状态下能够实现密封功能，接触式波纹管密封普遍采用较大的压缩量，这样密封端面比压相应会提高，摩擦副端面磨损严重，同时产生大量摩擦热。若摩擦热不能及时带走，在高温长期作用下，波纹管刚度或弹性会逐渐减少甚至消失，即失弹，并且温度越高，载荷越大，失弹越快。若波纹管失弹，密封端面在介质压力作用下随即打开，即出现大量泄漏。(2) the bellows components miss. (3) 冲洗油、冷却水消耗量大。为了防止密封部位温度升高，产生结焦，   采用外冲洗和冷却等措施，以降低摩擦温升、防止结焦、热裂、老化等而导致密封失效。为此，必然消耗大量的冲洗油和冷却水，造成运行费用高。初步估计，1台热油泵年冲洗冷却所需运行费用超过50万元，能耗量大，而且性差，   性低，维修成本高。
