工作注意事项:1、开机前应检查泵轴转动是否灵活，有无卡阻现象，进出口管道上的阀门是否开启，泵的旋转方向是否正确。2、长时间没有使用的泵开机前应向泵腔中注入量的润滑液，以减少泵在吸油过程中的干摩擦，并可提高泵自吸性能。3、开机后如有不正常的噪音或过热现象，应立即停车检查。4、检查泵轴端有无泄露现象，如：对填料密封应适当调紧压紧盖、其他密封则应拆机检查。5、若输送热油，在开车时应均匀预热，预热是利用被输送的介质不断通过泵体进行的。6、泵停机时，先切断电源，然后关闭进出口管道上的阀门，避免造成泵倒转。Work matters needing attention: 1, should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, before starting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipeline valve is open, the direction of rotation of the pump is correct.2, long time no use the pump to the pump before starting the cavity inject a certain amount of lubricant to reduce the pump in the dry friction in the process of oil absorption, and can improve the performance of self-priming pump.3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.4, check whether there is any leakage on the pump shaft end phenomenon, such as: the packing should be properly tighten clamp cover and other sealing should teardown check.5, if conveying hot oil, while driving should be uniform preheating, preheating is to use the media constantly through the pump body to be delivered.6, when the pump stop, cut off power supply first, then close the import and export pipeline valve, avoid to cause back pump.
